We thank you for considering Gimmie Shugar and More LLC for your dessert needs.  Please note that our first two price quotes are complimentary. For additional quotes, a non-refundable fee of $25.00 per 2 quotes is applicable, payable before receiving the quote.  Kindly contact us via email at for your pricing inquiries.


  1. Online Orders Only: To place your orders, please use our convenient online system by clicking on the "Place Order" tab. We kindly request that you refrain from sending orders via text messages for accuracy and efficiency.

  2. Payment after Invoice Receipt: Before making any payments, please wait to receive your invoice via email. Our invoices are typically sent out between Monday and Wednesday each week. You will receive a text notification once your invoice has been sent. It's crucial to thoroughly review both the email and the invoice to ensure accuracy.

  3. Order Lead Times: For most orders, we require a minimum notice of 3-4 days to ensure we can fulfill your request effectively. For larger orders, we kindly ask for a lead time of 2 weeks. This helps us plan and prepare to meet your needs.

  4. Order Deadline: To streamline our operations, all orders are due by 5:00 pm on Tuesdays for the current week. This deadline ensures that we can allocate resources efficiently to meet your requirements.

  5. Last-Minute Orders: In cases where orders are placed after the Tuesday deadline for the current week, a starting fee of $30.00 will apply. This fee is non-negotiable and applies to all last-minute orders. We appreciate your understanding in this matter as it helps us maintain the quality of our service.

  6. Off Day Orders:  Orders are not accepted on business off days.  In an event a customer insists on placing an order on such a day, a non-negotiable additional free of $75.00 will be added to the total of invoice.




We value your business and want to ensure a seamless experience when placing orders with us.

To clarify our deposit and payment policies, please review the following information:

1. Orders Under $150.00:

  • Payment in Full: For orders totaling under $150.00, full payment is required within 72 hours upon receiving your invoice. Unless your order is due less than three days, in which full payment is due upon invoice. Please note that this payment is NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • Confirmation: Your order will only be considered confirmed once the payment is received in full. Failure to make this payment within 72 hours may result in the cancellation of your order.


2. Orders Over $150.00:

  • 50% Deposit: Orders exceeding $1500.00 require a NON-REFUNDABLE 50% deposit within 72 hours upon receiving your invoice. Your order will not be confirmed until this deposit is made.

  • Remaining Balance: The remaining balance of your order must be settled by 6:00 pm three days prior to your scheduled pick-up date. We do not make exceptions to this policy, and failure to meet the deadline may lead to order cancellation.

  • Early Payment: You have the option to pay the full order amount at the time of receiving your invoice if you prefer.


Accepted Payment Methods:

We accept various payment methods to accommodate your convenience:

  • Cash App & Zelle: For seamless transactions, you can use Cash App and Zelle.

  • Online Payments: We also offer online payment options through PayPal and all major credit cards. Please be aware that a 3.49% service fee and a $0.49 transaction fee will be added to ALL ONLINE payments.

Pick-Up Hours:

  • Sunday - Monday (CLOSED)

  • Tuesday (2:00 pm - 6:00 pm)

  • Wednesday - Friday (12:00 pm - 6:00 pm)

  • Saturday (8:00 am - 10:00 am) - NO EXCEPTIONS

Curbside Pick-Up:

All pick-ups are conducted curbside for your convenience and safety.

Advance Notification:

To help us serve you better, please inform us the DAY PRIOR TO PICKUP of an estimated arrival time. If you do not provide this information, we will give you an estimated time when your order will be ready. This advance notice ensures that your order is complete and prepared for pick-up.

In-Route Notification:

When you are in route to our location, please notify us via text or phone call. This helps us prepare for your arrival.

Order Verification:

Upon receiving your order, please take a moment to verify that everything is correct before leaving our premises.

Important Note:

Gimmie Shugar and More LLC takes great care to ensure the quality of our cakes and desserts while they are in our care. However, please be aware that we are NOT responsible for any cakes or desserts once they leave our care.

Gate Access:

When you arrive at our gate, you will need to scan the back of your driver's license. The scanner is designed to read the barcode on the back, so ensure that your hand does not cover it. If you encounter any difficulties, please press the button for the gate guard, who will be happy to assist you. Please note that Gimmie Shugar is unable to provide gate access.


We are thrilled to announce that we now offer delivery services from Tuesday to Saturday, making it even more convenient for you to enjoy our delicious treats. Please review our delivery schedule, policies, and pricing below:

Delivery Schedule:

  • Tuesday - Friday: 11:00 am - 4:00 pm

  • Saturday: 9:00 am - 2:00 pm

Flexible Delivery Times:

The exact delivery time for your order may vary depending on the number of orders we have for that day. Rest assured, we will make every effort to accommodate your preferences within the blocked times mentioned above.

Recipient Availability:

To ensure a successful delivery, please ensure that someone is available at the designated location to receive your order during the delivery hours. Please note that if have to make a second attempt you will be charged another delivery fee.

Delivery Responsibility:

Once we make our initial delivery attempt, we cannot assume responsibility for your order's condition or whereabouts. Your order is considered fulfilled after our first delivery attempt.

In-Route Communication:

You can expect a phone call from us when we are in route to your delivery location. This communication ensures that you are prepared to receive your order promptly.

Delivery Pricing:

Our delivery pricing is based on distance, as follows:

  • 0 - 10 Miles: $20.00

  • 11 - 20 Miles: $30.00

  • 21 - 30 Miles: $40.00

  • 31 Miles and Beyond: $40.00 plus $1.50 each additional mile after 31 miles


To ensure the freshness and quality of your order, please adhere to the following guidelines when picking up and transporting your desserts:

1. Prompt Transportation:

When you pick up your order, please plan to proceed directly to your venue or home. We recommend against making additional stops or running errands with your order in the car to maintain its integrity.

2. Transporting Cakes and Cupcakes:

For cakes and cupcakes, it's important to place them on the floor of your vehicle or in the back of your SUV during transportation. This ensures stability and minimizes the risk of damage during transit.

3. Temperature Control:

To preserve the taste and texture of your desserts, take note of the following temperature recommendations:

  • Air Conditioning: Ensure that your vehicle's air conditioner is on and set to a temperature of 70 degrees Fahrenheit or below before picking up your order. This helps maintain the ideal environment for your desserts.

  • Refrigeration: If your order contains desserts with fruit or other items that require refrigeration, you will find clear instructions on the box indicating so. Follow these guidelines to keep those desserts fresh.

  • Room Temperature: For desserts not labeled as needing refrigeration, it is recommended to store them at room temperature (70 degrees Fahrenheit or below) in a closed container. This helps maintain the flavor and texture of the treats.


At Gimmie Shugar and More LLC, we want to ensure that you fully enjoy the benefits of any credits you receive from drawings, winnings, or credit issued by us. Please take note of our credit usage policy:

Usage Period:

Any credit issued to you must be utilized within 6 months of its issuance. We provide this generous time frame to give you ample opportunity to enjoy our offerings.

Expiration of Credit:

If a credit is not used within the specified six-month period, it will expire, and you will no longer be able to redeem it. We do not make exceptions to this policy.


Although we document all (Buy Now & Use Later) purchases, it is your responsibility to fill out order form again when you are ready to take advantage of your order.  In description, please put previously paid & include the date you have paid for the order.


At Gimmie Shugar and More LLC, we value our loyal customers and want to show our appreciation for your continued support. Our Loyalty Card Program is designed to reward you for choosing us. Here are the details of how it works:

Earning Rewards:

  1. Five Punches: Once you accumulate five punches on your loyalty card, you are eligible to receive a generous $50.00 discount on your next order. This is our way of saying thank you for your loyalty and trust in our products.

  2. Ten Punches: To claim your $50.00 credit, you must turn in your loyalty card with all ten punches. We require all punches to ensure fairness and consistency in our rewards program.

Responsibility and Requirements:

  • Card Management: Please take care of your loyalty card as Gimmie Shugar and More LLC cannot replace lost cards. It is your responsibility to keep it safe.

  • Present at Pick-Up: To receive a punch on your loyalty card, you must have the card with you at the time of picking up your order. Unfortunately, we cannot provide rain checks or retroactive punches if the card is not presented during pick-up.

No Exceptions Policy:

We kindly request your understanding that we do not make exceptions to our Loyalty Card Program policies. These guidelines are in place to ensure fairness to all our valued customers.


We're excited to introduce our Scratch Off Card program, a fun and rewarding way for you to enjoy exclusive discounts on your orders. Please take note of the following guidelines to make the most of your Scratch Off Card:

Purchasing Scratch Cards:

You can purchase Scratch Off Cards through two convenient methods:

  • Online: Purchase Scratch Off Cards when placing an order online. You'll find them under the "Place an Order" section.

  • In-Person: Scratch Off Cards are also available for pick-up when you collect your order.

Redeeming Your Scratch Card:

When placing your next order, please make sure to indicate that you will be using your Scratch Card. In the "Details of Order" section, enter the unique ID Code located on the back of the card. Here's an example of how to format it:

Usage Limitations:

  • You may use a maximum of one Scratch Card per order. We do not make exceptions to this policy.

  • Scratch Cards cannot be used as a deposit for your order. However, they can be applied in conjunction with any applicable specials or offers (unless otherwise specified in the special or offer terms).

Price Quotes Policy:

To provide clarity and transparency in our pricing, please take note of the following policies regarding price quotes:

  • Expiration: All price quotes provided by Gimmie Shugar and More LLC expire within 7 days of the date they are sent. We do not make exceptions to this policy.


Wedding Cakes: We regret to inform you that we no longer offer wedding cakes as part of our services. However, we are delighted to create a groom's cake for your special occasion. Please feel free to inquire about our groom's cake options.

Taste Testing:

Taste Testing Availability: Please note that we do not offer taste testing as part of our standard services. However, keep an eye out for occasional opportunities when we offer cupcake samplers for sale. These special promotions provide a chance to sample our delicious cupcakes and are not to be missed.
