Gimmie Shugar's Terms & Conditions               


Sunday- Monday (CLOSED)

Saturday - 8:00 am - 10:00 am

* Any calls, emails, or text messages after hours will be answered the following business day during regular business hours.


All orders must be placed online. Click on the "Place Order" tab.  (PLEASE DO NOT TEXT ORDERS)

Do not make a payment until you have received your invoice via email.   All invoices are sent between Monday & Wednesday only.  You will be notified via text once invoice is sent.  It is very important that you read ENTIRE email & invoice to make sure there are no corrections that needs to be made.   

We need a minimum of 3-4 days notice for most orders. Large orders 2 weeks notice.

All orders are due Tuesday by 3:00 pm for the week.  

There is a starting fee of $15.00 for all last minute orders. (orders place after Tuesday for the week).




*Orders under $100.00 must be paid in full 48 hours upon invoice and is NON-REFUNDABLE . You order will be canceled if not paid within the 48 hours of your invoice.  Your order is not confirmed until paid in full. 

There is a NON-REFUNDABLE 50% deposit for all orders over $100.00. You have 48 hours upon invoice to pay deposit before order form is canceled.  Your order is NOT confirmed until deposit is made.

The remaining balance of your order is due two days prior to pick up by 6:00 pm.  (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Your order will be canceled if not paid by the deadline. You can pay your order in full if you like at the time of receiving your invoice.

* Online Payments - Pay Pal, & all major credit cards.

(There is a 3.49% service fee and $0.49 transaction fee that will be added to ALL ONLINE payments.)

All pick ups are curbside.  Please inform us the DAY PRIOR TO PICKUP an estimated time when you will be arriving.  If you don't you will be given an estimated time when your order will be ready.  This will give us plenty of time to make sure your order is complete and ready for pickup.  Notify us when you're in route via text or phone.  Once you arrive text us and we will bring your order out to your car.  When picking up your order please look at your order to make sure it is correct. 

Gimmie Shugar and More LLC is NOT responsible for any cakes / desserts once it leaves our care.

*When you arrive at the gate, please scan the back of your driver's license.  The scanner needs to scan the bar code on the back.  So make sure your hand is not covering the bar code.  If you have any trouble, please press the button for the gate guard to assist you.  Gimmie Shugar is NOT able to buzz you in. 


Now delivering Tuesday - Saturday.  Our delivery times are blocked times.

Tuesday - Friday: 11:00 am - 5:00 pm 

Saturday: 9:00 am - 2:00 pm. 

Depending on how many orders we have, will determine what time your order is delivered.  Please make sure someone is at the location to receive your order.  We will not double back.  We're not responsible for your order after our first attempt in delivering. You will receive a phone call when we are in route.

Delivery Prices -

0 - 10 Miles   ($20.00)

11 - 20 Miles ($30.00)

21- 30 Miles  ($40.00)

31 - Up Miles ($2.50 per mile)


When you pick up your order please make plans to go straight to your venue or home. Do NOT stop and run errands with your order in the car.


ALL cakes and cupcakes must be set on the floor of your vehicle or in the back of your SUV. Your air conditioner in vehicle must be on prior to picking up on 70 degrees or below. Any desserts that needs to be refrigerated (desserts with fruit) will say so on the box.  Otherwise the dessert is recommended to sit out room temperature in a closed container 70 degrees or below.


Any credit received from drawings, winnings, or credit issued by Gimmie Shugar and More LLCmust be used within 6 months of issue.  If not use within the six months of issue, you will lose the credit.  NO EXCEPTIONS


Once you receive five punches on your loyalty card, you can receive $50.00 off your next order.  You must turn your card in with all ten punches to receive your credit.  Gimmie Shugar and More LLC is not responsible for you losing your card and cannot replace it.  You must have card with you at the time of picking up

your order to receive punch (no rain checks). NO EXCEPTIONS


Scratch off cards may be purchased online under place an order & when you pick up your order.

At the time of placing your next order, (in the details of order) please indicate that you are using your scratch card.  You must put the ID Code (located on the back of the card) on the order form.

EXAMPLE: Using Scratch Card 0520-1234

You may only use one card max per order.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

Scratch card cannot be used as a deposit.  However it can be used with specials or offers (unless special / offer says different).


ALL price quotes expires in 7 days of date sent. NO EXCEPTIONS



We no longer do wedding cakes.  We will do your groom's cake.  


We do NOT offer taste testing. Every so often we do offer cupcake samplers for sale. Be on the look out for these and take advantage of special.
